This notice explains what personal data Allign collects when you use a form or booking page, why, and your rights under data-protection law (including the GDPR where it applies).
The data controller for information collected through this page is Alexander Khadzhibekov, Lindenstr. 75B, 10969 Berlin, Germany. Contact: hello@allign.agency.
Information you provide directly, for example your name, email, phone number, and any answers you give in a form or when booking a call.
Limited technical information needed to run the service securely (such as an anonymous session identifier and basic device/browser information). Analytics are designed to be privacy-preserving.
To respond to your enquiry, schedule and manage bookings, provide the service you requested, and keep records as required.
Where you have consented, to send follow-up messages or to load optional third-party tools (for example advertising or analytics pixels). You can withdraw consent at any time.
We rely on your consent for optional cookies/tracking and marketing messages; on the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request for handling enquiries and bookings; and on legitimate interests for running and securing the service.
Data is shared with the operator of the page you used, and with the named sub-processors listed below. Each one helps deliver a specific part of the service (email, SMS, calls, calendar, payments, AI assistance, hosting) and is bound by contract to use the data only for that purpose.
Allign relies on the following sub-processors. Each is engaged under a Data Processing Agreement (Article 28 GDPR) and processes personal data only on documented instructions:
• Hostinger (Lithuania / Germany): application hosting + the SQLite database where your data lives.
• Resend (United States): transactional + outreach email delivery.
• Twilio (United States): SMS, voice (calls), recording storage, WhatsApp messaging.
• Anthropic (United States): AI assistance (lead enrichment, copywriting, the Claude assistant).
• OpenAI (United States): voice-to-text transcription (Whisper) and AI assistance where the workspace has chosen OpenAI.
• Higgsfield (United States): AI image / video generation for ads and brand assets.
• Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Ireland): Conversions API (server-side lead events) and Instagram/Facebook integrations where you have connected them.
• Stripe (Ireland / United States): payment processing where the operator has connected Stripe.
• Google Ireland Ltd. (Ireland): Google Calendar and Gmail integrations where you have connected them, and Google Sign-In.
An up-to-date list is available on request from hello@allign.agency.
Some sub-processors are based outside the European Economic Area (most commonly the United States). For those transfers we rely on the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where adequacy has not been established, together with supplementary measures such as encryption in transit and at rest. You may request a copy of the relevant transfer safeguards by contacting hello@allign.agency.
We use automated processing, including large-language-model (LLM) assistance from Anthropic and (optionally) OpenAI, to enrich lead profiles, draft suggested replies, score answers, and route conversations. These are decision-support tools: a human still reviews and decides. We do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about you solely on automated processing. You have the right to obtain human intervention, express your point of view, and contest any decision in which automated processing played a role. To exercise this right, contact hello@allign.agency.
When the operator calls you using Allign, the call may be recorded from the moment it connects. The operator will tell you at the start of the call and ask for your verbal consent. If you do not agree, the operator stops the recording and everything recorded up to that point is deleted; nothing is kept. You may withdraw consent at any time during the call and the operator will stop the recording immediately. Recordings (where consented to) are stored encrypted, used for quality and follow-up purposes, and retained according to the schedule in the "Retention" section below.
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Default retention periods (configurable per workspace by the operator):
• Lead contact data: as long as the lead relationship is active, plus 24 months.
• Form submissions: 24 months from completion.
• Call recordings + transcripts: 12 months from the call.
• Analytics events (page views, step completions): 6 months.
After these windows we delete or anonymise the data. Backups containing personal data follow the same schedule on a rolling basis.
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; rectify inaccurate data; erase your data ("right to be forgotten"); restrict or object to processing; receive your data in a portable format; withdraw consent at any time; and lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact hello@allign.agency. We will respond within one month (Article 12(3) GDPR), or explain why we need an extension. There is no charge for a standard request.
Essential cookies/storage are used to run the service (e.g. keeping you signed in). Optional cookies, such as advertising or analytics pixels, load only after you give consent via the cookie banner, and you can withdraw that consent at any time from the same banner.
This is a general template, not legal advice. The operator is responsible for completing the details and ensuring it meets the requirements of their jurisdiction.
