How to request deletion of the personal data Allign holds about you, including data obtained via connected platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
To delete the personal data associated with you, email hello@allign.agency from the address you used (or include the email/phone you submitted), with the subject "Data deletion request".
We verify the request and delete the associated personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it.
Your contact details and any answers, messages, bookings, or campaign records linked to you across the tools used to provide the service.
If you interacted with a Facebook or Instagram experience powered by Allign, you can remove the app's access in your Facebook settings (Settings → Apps and Websites), and email hello@allign.agency to have any stored data deleted.
